Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement

This Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement outlines how your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) session will be conducted and how your personal information will be handled. By agreeing to this, you consent to the following:

1. Confidentiality of Information

All personal information shared during your session—including discussions, memories, and insights—will remain strictly confidential. Your privacy is a priority, and no personal information will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.

2. Recording of Sessions

With your consent, your QHHT® session may be recorded for your review after the session. You will receive the recording, and no copies will be retained by the practitioner unless you provide specific consent for the recording to be kept for research purposes.

3. Use of Information for Research

5. Client Rights

As a client, you have the right to:

Understand the structure and nature of your session in advance.
Request that the session be paused or stopped at any time before hypnosis is induced.
Be aware that during the QHHT® session, you will not be able to consciously ask questions. All questions to be addressed should be discussed prior to the session.
Withdraw consent to the use of your information at any time, even after the session.

6. Practitioner’s Responsibilities

The practitioner will maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout your session. Your privacy and well-being are paramount, and all measures will be taken to protect your personal information.

7. Informed Consent

By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the QHHT® session and how your personal information will be handled in accordance with this agreement.
